At Elite Medical Solutions, we believe in providing honest, excellent care that delivers real results for our patients. Our supportive and patient-focused team is seeking an on-site Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and help grow the practice.


Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our med spa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong teams, and is motivated by patient satisfaction and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
  • Hire, train, and supervise front desk and clinical support staff
  • Monitor KPIs (revenue, client retention, pre-booking, retail-to-service %)
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory of medical/retail products
  • Support marketing, promotions, and patient events
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards
  • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of management or leadership experience (med spa, aesthetics, or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Business acumen with understanding of KPIs and budgets
  • Marketing background or experience a plus
  • EMR/software knowledge (Aesthetic Record, PatientNow, or similar) preferred
