What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading daily front-desk operations with professionalism and warmth
- Keeping inventory organized and well-stocked
- Managing payroll and assisting with HR-related tasks
- Supporting marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Helping Dr. Thorpe with scheduling, emails, and documentation
- Delegating and organizing tasks for our awesome staff
- Tracking key statistics to ensure smooth operations
What You Bring to the Table
- A natural ability to lead, organize, and inspire
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with office software (experience in wellness or aesthetics is a plus!)

Compensation
Salary Range: $35,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience.
