About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing Med Spa team in North Miami Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best.
As a key member of our team, you will consult with clients, recommend customized treatment plans, and drive revenue through exceptional service and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services, packages, and current promotions
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and completed treatments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay up to date on services, products, and industry trends
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media and in-house promotions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry preferred
- Strong consultative sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
