This is a client-facing, results-driven role ideal for an experienced aesthetician with strong sales capabilities, advanced laser treatment expertise, and a passion for education and personalized care. ✨
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized, year-long treatment plans
- Cross-sell services and retail products to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully compliant with protocols
- Participate in social media video content and educational marketing aligned with the clinic calendar
- Follow up with leads, manage patient outreach, and build strong client relationships
- Support marketing efforts by attending events and representing the brand professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CA Aesthetician License (Laser certification preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical aesthetics setting
- High-level proficiency with laser treatments
- Preferably familiar with lash extensions
- Strong sales performance
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up and patient care
- A collaborative, positive team player who contributes to a supportive culture
