Key Responsibilities:
- Facial Treatments: Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning to address a variety of skin concerns.
- Laser & Light Therapies: Administer non-invasive laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other aesthetic needs.
- Client Consultations: Assess patients’ skin health, recommend personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on the best options to achieve their skincare goals.
- Microneedling & Other Modalities: Perform microneedling, radiofrequency, and other advanced skin treatments for tightening, texture improvement, and rejuvenation.
- Pre- and Post-Treatment Care: Guide clients through pre- and post-treatment protocols, ensuring the highest level of safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Skincare Guidance: Advise clients on personalized skincare routines, including product recommendations, to maintain results and promote long-term skin health.
- Client Education: Explain treatments, results, and aftercare instructions clearly to ensure a positive experience and optimal results.
- Sanitation & Sterilization: Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines, maintaining a clean and sterile environment for each treatment.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document treatments, client progress, and product use in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician license in the state of Massachusetts. Certification in advanced treatments such as laser, microneedling, or chemical peels is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical or clinical aesthetic setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of skincare treatments and techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using advanced equipment such as lasers, microdermabrasion machines, and other aesthetic devices.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results in all treatments.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other medical professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Ongoing Education: Commitment to staying current with new trends, techniques, and treatments in the aesthetic industry.

- Thursday 10am-2pm
- Friday 10am-2pm
- Sunday 10am-4pm
Pay: From $23 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
