Compensation: $25/hr + Commission on Services and Product Sales
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (One Weekday Off Selected by Candidate)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Esthetician & Laser Technician who is fully bilingual (English & Spanish) and has a strong background in sales and treatment planning. Our patients are ready and waiting — we need a confident provider who can deliver exceptional service, educate clients, and close the sale with comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and laser treatments (e.g., hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation, body contouring)
- Conduct skin consultations and design custom treatment plans that align with patients’ goals
- Confidently present packages and convert consultations into booked treatment series
- Educate clients on skincare products and routines to support their in-office results
- Build and maintain lasting patient relationships with personalized care
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and follow proper sanitization protocols
- Keep accurate treatment notes and assist in EMR documentation
- Support team in maintaining a high-energy, professional environment
Requirements:
- Licensed Esthetician (Medical Esthetician and/or Laser Certification required per AZ state guidelines)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a med spa or cosmetic dermatology setting
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Fully bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis, skincare products, and combination therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
