Location: Exton, PA
Compensation: $70,000/year + performance bonus
We are seeking a hands-on MedSpa Manager to lead daily operations at our growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in Exton, PA.
This is a front-facing leadership role — ideal for someone who can manage a team while also working the front desk, supporting providers, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, manage phones, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Lead and support staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and treatment room readiness
- Collaborate with ownership and providers to uphold service and compliance standards
- Support training and team development
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve patient flow
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medspa, medical office, or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong front desk or operations background with leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Familiarity with aesthetic services and EMR systems preferred
