Location: Long Beach, CA (candidates may reside in Orange or LA County but must be comfortable with commute)
Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a MedSpa Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our MedSpa, ensuring smooth execution of services, team management, and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the MedSpa, ensuring excellence in patient care and client experience.
- Supervise and support MedSpa staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Oversee service flow, patient scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing, promotions, and service growth strategies.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Support transitions such as EMR/PM system changes and optimize processes for improvement.
- Ensure the MedSpa is a professional, welcoming, and organized environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a MedSpa, aesthetic, or healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor.
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for evening or weekend hours as business needs evolve).
