Location: Des Plaines, IL (Preferred within 30-minute commute)
Compensation: $50–$60/hour + commission & performance bonuses
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and confident Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have advanced injection skills, a strong understanding of aesthetic medicine, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. In addition to injectable services, experience in IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss programs is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.) with advanced skill and precision.
- Provide patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on available services and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Confidently upsell and cross-sell services to support client goals and practice growth.
- Administer IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Foster positive patient relationships by delivering exceptional service and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN, NP, or PA in the state of Illinois.
- 2–3 years of advanced injecting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional integrity.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend complementary treatments.
