Position Overview
We are seeking a talented, client-focused Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to shape protocols, influence culture, and be a key player in building a results-driven, ethical med spa. We offer flexible scheduling and a dynamic environment that values innovation and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform injectable and laser treatments, including Botox, Xeomin, Sculptra, Radiesse, and CO₂ laser resurfacing
- Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Offer facial longevity plans and educate clients on long-term skincare strategies
- Collaborate closely with estheticians and leadership to deliver superior patient care
- Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation and safety protocols
- Meet and contribute to membership sales and growth KPIs
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $42–$100 (based on commission from services, tips, and retail sales)
- PTO accrued based on hours worked

Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic injections (Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators)
- Familiarity with or willingness to train in CO₂ laser resurfacing
- Deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
- Strong communication skills; confident, warm, and client-centered
- Ability to adapt to rapid growth and change while maintaining high clinical standards
