11 North Aesthetics is a boutique, high-end aesthetic and wellness practice serving Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and the greater Jacksonville area. We are known for delivering exceptional patient care, natural-looking aesthetic results, and personalized wellness programs in a luxury clinical environment.
As our wellness services continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and medical wellness. This is not a training position. The ideal candidate must be confident independently evaluating, prescribing, and managing hormone optimization and wellness treatments from day one.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness and hormone optimization consultations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical history, and laboratory findings.
- Independently prescribe and manage:
- Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
- Peptide therapy
- Medical weight loss treatments
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory results.
- Adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient progress.
- Coordinate medications and treatment protocols with approved compounding pharmacies and vendors.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, side effects, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and aesthetics team to provide an integrated wellness experience.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience that reflects the practice’s luxury brand and high standards of care.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience managing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and peptide therapy in a wellness, hormone optimization, endocrinology, or functional medicine setting.
- Demonstrated experience independently:
- Prescribing and managing bioidentical hormone therapy
- Managing peptide therapy protocols
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory testing
- Adjusting treatment plans based on patient response
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently while collaborating with the Medical Director.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished presentation and commitment to providing a premium patient experience.
Preferred
- Experience with medical weight loss and metabolic health programs.
- Functional or precision medicine experience.
- Aesthetics or medical spa experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–$70 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
- Performance-based incentive opportunities.
- Full-time, in-person position.
- Standard daytime clinic schedule with flexibility as wellness services continue to expand.
