Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team.
While prior experience in weight loss medicine is appreciated, it is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal provider will have a strong general medical foundation and a genuine interest in lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to expand their expertise in a growing, specialized field while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations for weight loss and TRT patients
- Order and interpret laboratory testing to guide clinical decision-making
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle coaching, medications, and supplement protocols
- Educate patients on weight management, TRT, BHRT, and aesthetic services
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina license as a FNP or PA-C
- Strong foundation in general medicine and clinical decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established protocols
- Interest in obesity medicine, hormone therapy, and aesthetics (preferred but not required)
