We’re a rapidly growing IV and wellness practice with strong patient demand and aggressive
plans to expand further into aesthetics. We’re hiring a high-energy, results-driven Practice
Manager to own operations, lead the team, and help scale the business.
This role is for someone who thrives in growth mode, takes initiative, and understands how
systems, people, and revenue all connect.
What You’ll Own
● Full oversight of daily operations across IV therapy, wellness, HRT, and peptides
● Team leadership: scheduling, accountability, performance management, and culture
● Implementation and maintenance of SOPs, compliance, and inventory controls
● KPI tracking tied to revenue growth, efficiency, and patient experience
● Operational problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
● Partnership with ownership on growth initiatives and aesthetic expansion
● Ensuring operations run smoothly without pulling providers away from
revenue-generating work
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be visible, decisive, and deeply involved in the
business.
Who We’re Looking For

● Organized, detail-oriented, and confident enforcing systems
● Able to handle compliance, operations, and people management simultaneously
● Experience in healthcare, wellness, IV therapy, med spa, or similar environments
strongly preferred
Clinical or medical background is a plus, but this is not a provider role.
Compensation & Performance Upside
● Base salary: ~$70,000
● Performance-based bonuses and incentives
● Total earning potential up to $150,000 based on results
● Structured 30-60-90 day onboarding and evaluation period
● Clear KPIs tied to revenue impact, operational efficiency, and leadership performance
