A busy and highly reputable medspa is seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Medical Office Manager to lead operations, strengthen front office performance, and drive profitability in a growing medical aesthetics practice.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both patient experience and business performance. Strong operational skills and comfort with financial KPIs are essential.

Responsibilities
Operations & Team Leadership
● Oversee front desk and scheduling operations
● Optimize schedule utilization and patient flow
● Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
● Elevate patient experience and retention
● Strengthen systems, compliance, and workflows
Financial & KPI Management
● Review and analyze P&Ls
● Track KPIs (utilization, conversion, retention, revenue per visit)
● Forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities
● Implement operational improvements to increase profitability
Growth & Expansion
● Support transition into expanded facility and future training center
● Build scalable systems for long-term growth
Qualifications
Required:
● Practice management or medical office leadership experience
● Experience analyzing financial reports and KPIs
● Strong leadership and organizational skills
● Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
● Comfortable being accountable to measurable performance goals
Strongly Preferred:
● Experience in a med spa, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other elective/cash-pay medical setting
● Experience managing front office teams in a high-service environment
