Job Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall success of Issil Beauty Spa by managing operations, sales, staff performance, and client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader who can build a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a luxury spa environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Estheticians and Guest Experience Specialists
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/training
• Ensure a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
• Enforce company policies and handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessary
Primary Job Functions
• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily spa operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Sales & Membership Growth: Lead initiatives to drive sales, retain members, and increase revenue through services and retail
• Customer Experience: Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction and address any client concerns professionally
• Staff Leadership: Schedule, supervise, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and engagement
• Reporting & KPIs: Track and analyze sales data, inventory, and financial performance metrics
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the spa maintains a luxury image
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness business management role
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Strong sales and business development abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with scheduling software and POS systems (preferred)
Work Environment
This role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with clients and employees in a spa environment. Weekend and evening availability may be required based on business needs.
