📋 Role Overview
As Practice Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily med spa operations and staff performance
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences and satisfaction
- Work with ownership and providers to drive business growth
- Maintain operational efficiency and team accountability
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, training, and onboarding
- Track KPIs: revenue per provider, rebooking rates, retail sales, etc.
- Drive patient retention, membership growth, and treatment package conversions
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with health & safety protocols
- Handle inventory control, supply ordering, and vendor relations
- Support marketing initiatives and coordinate in-clinic events
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture
🎯 Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a med spa, healthcare, or aesthetic setting
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical spa services, treatments, and patient flow
- Proficient in EMR/CRM systems and basic business reporting
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Passionate about aesthetics and patient care
