About the Role
This is a full-time dual role that blends front desk responsibilities with hands-on medical assistant support. If you’re warm, reliable, and detail-oriented — and you enjoy making patients feel at ease while supporting providers — this may be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage phones, scheduling, and patient communication
- Maintain accurate EMR charting while protecting patient privacy
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms between appointments
- Assist providers with basic MA duties as needed
- Support a smooth, efficient flow for patients and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Medical Assistant, Front Desk Coordinator, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills: calm, empathetic, and professional
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a small-team environment
- Positive, supportive personality with a patient-first mindset
