Role Overview:
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall business performance of the med spa, staff management, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with ownership and clinical providers to ensure the business runs smoothly and continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless patient experience
- Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, training, and onboarding
- Track KPIs (revenue per provider, rebooking rates, retail sales, etc.) and report progress to leadership
- Drive patient retention, membership growth, and treatment package conversions
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Handle inventory control, supply ordering, and vendor relations
- Support marketing initiatives and coordinate in-clinic events
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in a medical spa or healthcare/aesthetic setting
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Understanding of medical spa services, terminology, and treatment flow
- Proficient in EMR/CRM systems and basic business reporting
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Passionate about the aesthetics industry and patient care
