Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)

About Us
Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center is a modern, patient-focused medical aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in injectables, advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight-loss programs.
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional results in a welcoming, professional environment. We’re looking for a Practice Manager who will be a trusted, on-site leader and the driving force behind smooth daily operations—someone who ensures the patient and team experience remains exceptional, even when the owner is not onsite.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations to keep the clinic running efficiently and seamlessly
- Be the leadership presence and point of accountability when the owner is not onsite
- Lead, support, and inspire a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily performance metrics
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical regulations
- Partner with providers and the medical director to elevate patient care and experience
- Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives to help the practice grow
- Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or wellness setting (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care
- Weekend availability is required
