Regional Manager – Aesthetics, Wellness & Functional Medicine

💵 Compensation: $90,000 base + commission, PTO, and benefits
Skin & Body by The Refinery is a boutique network of aesthetics, wellness, and functional medicine practices committed to exceptional, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Regional Manager with proven multi-site leadership experience to oversee operations, empower teams, and drive growth across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
As Regional Manager, you will be the key operational leader responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day performance while building scalable systems for future growth. You’ll work closely with managers, providers, and staff to create a consistent, high-quality experience across aesthetic treatments, wellness programs, and functional medicine services.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee operational performance across multiple aesthetics, wellness, and functional medicine locations
- Support local managers and providers in optimizing patient care and experience
- Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency across sites
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, retention, and team performance
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
- Provide coaching and performance management to local managers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and EMR platforms
- Identify growth opportunities and support location-level expansions
Work Location & Travel
This role is based in Indian Harbour Beach, FL, with oversight of an additional location in West Melbourne, FL (approximately 30 miles apart). Regular travel between locations is required, and mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of multi-site management experience in aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or healthcare
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Strong operational, leadership, and training background
- Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable
- Excellent communicator with a solutions-first mindset
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on support
- Aligned with wellness-forward, patient-centered values
