About the Role
We are seeking a strong, experienced leader to join our team as a Salon & Med Spa Director for an established and growing business in Phoenix.
This role is ideal for a confident operator with salon and/or med spa experience (med spa highly preferred) who can lead teams, improve operations, and drive overall business growth. This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and energy to both the team and the business.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of both the salon and med spa
- Lead, manage, and support front desk staff, stylists, estheticians, and providers
- Build and maintain a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
- Implement and refine systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Partner with ownership on business growth strategies and execution
- Drive revenue through team performance, client experience, and retention
- Monitor scheduling efficiency, booking flow, and key performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a salon, spa, or med spa environment
- Med spa experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to hold team members accountable while supporting growth
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong operational thinker who enjoys building systems and improving efficiency
- Comfortable managing a fast-paced, multi-service business
