What You’ll Do
As our Salon & Spa Coordinator, you’ll help create a seamless, elevated experience from the moment each guest walks through our doors until they leave excited for their next visit.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Schedule hair, spa, and aesthetic appointments while optimizing provider schedules.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with guests by learning their preferences and creating personalized experiences.
- Educate guests on salon services, spa treatments, memberships, retail products, and seasonal promotions.
- Encourage pre-booking, memberships, retail recommendations, and future appointments to help guests maintain their results.
- Process payments, maintain guest records, and ensure appointment details are accurate.
- Support stylists, aestheticians, and providers to keep the day running smoothly.
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone works together to create an unforgettable guest experience.
