Responsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients/clients in the med spa.
– Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients/clients. Manage incoming messages from prospective clients in a timely manner from social media and other lead sources
– Collaborate with staff to prioritize and schedule appointments based on urgency and availability
– Ability to sell/upsell and make reccomendations to clients on our treatments
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient/client appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Proficient in using phone and scheduling software
– Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of information
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle situations with empathy and professionalism
– Strong sales skills (minimum 5yrs sales experience)
– Knowledge of med spa terminology and familiarity is preferred
This role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage appointment scheduling in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with med spa staff.
