Position: Manager/Esthetician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who can excel in a dual role as both a Manager and Esthetician. This hybrid position requires a professional who thrives in leadership while passionately delivering exceptional skincare treatments. The ideal candidate will balance overseeing daily operations with providing hands-on aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Managerial Duties:
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a seamless client experience from scheduling to payment processing using Vagaro EMR.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Monitor inventory for advanced equipment like the Hydrafacial Syndeo and Cryoskin 4.0.
- Ensure compliance with all California medical spa regulations, including HIPAA and GFE protocols.
- Implement and manage client reward programs (Alle, Aspire, Xperience) and financing options like CareCredit.
- Collaborate with ownership and the medical director on strategic initiatives to grow the business.
Esthetician Duties:
- Perform a variety of advanced treatments, including Cryosculpting, Hydrafacials, traditional facials, and body contouring.
- Conduct client consultations, recommending personalized skincare regimens and treatments.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our exclusive skincare products, including Alastin.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay informed on the latest aesthetic trends and technologies through continuous training.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Esthetician license.
- Previous experience in a medical spa or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Vagaro preferred) and medical compliance standards.
- Passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish fluency) are highly desirable.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
